Here’s hoping you had a good Christmas and that you will have a good New Year in 2022. Thursday evening training at Imberhorne Upper School will re-start on this coming THURSDAY JANUARY 6. We will start at 6.30 and finish at 7.30.
The 2022 Sunday morning sessions started on January 2 with many of those taking part looking forward to the Mid Sussex Primary Schools cross-country championships to be held at East Court on WEDNESDAY JANUARY 19. Athletes from East Grinstead primary schools will compete against primary schools in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill as well as those from the Mid Sussex village schools. And then the better runners from these Mid Sussex races will go forward to the All Sussex primary school races in March. Let’s hope that the new coronavirus variant allows these races to go ahead.
The Tuesday evening strength training group will re-start at Imberhorne Lower School next week on TUESDAY JANUARY 11 at its usual time 7pm.
